We offer shipping within UK for all orders. For all orders please allow up to 7 days from the date your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping:
For customers outside of the UK, we offer international shipping. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees, taxes, or customs duties, depending on your country's regulations. The delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the destination country. Please allow up to 7 days from the date your order has been dispatched.
For EU customers,
TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers located outside of the UK are subject to the taxes and duties of the destination country and paid by the customer. Please note that regulations and guidelines differ by country and we are not liable for the additional costs. It is highly advised to check with the local customs authority on any customs duty. If the customer refuses the package, they are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the order parcel to our warehouse.

SKAII is not liable for an missing or undelivered packages due to errors made by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please note SKAII is not liable once tracking information states that items have been delivered or if your item is lost or damaged during transit. Please contact the courier.
