FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.
All orders are generally processed and dispatched on between 2-3 working days. If you have placed an order during our busiest periods such as release days, sales or holidays, orders can take 5-7 working days to process
Please email us as soon as possible and we will see if we can amend your order subject to the size being in stock.

Our size guides serve as a general guideline for helping you find your size. You can view our size guides through our about page found in the footer. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer Service team for your perfect fit. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out!
Please email us at info@skaii.io to assist you with any queries you may have. SKAII offers an exchange only policy. We understand that there may be issues with sizing. So we are happy to accept exchanges on pieces that are unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
We deliver to most countries and locations. If you are unable to checkout to your location, please contact us at info@skaii.io to see what other options may be available.
All our shipping fees do not cover any taxes and or import duty fees that are applied by the country you are shipping too. Usually these are only charged when the order value is over your countries threshold. As the UK is also no longer in the EU, countries within Europe may also be subject to fees. SKAII can not take responsibility for these fees and any packages returned or rejected due to unpaid taxes will result in return shipping fees being deducted. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
